- 50g of icing sugar
- 150g of very ripe mango
- 400g of organic Sojade NAS Mango Soya yoghurt alternative
- A few drops of lemon juice
Preparation steps
Mix together the Sojade NAS Mango Soya yoghurt alternative, the icing sugar and the lemon juice.
Fold in the diced mango.
Transfer the mixture to the freezer for one hour before churning in an ice-cream maker. Serve your mango ice cream!
