- 400g of organic Sojade NAS Banana and Passion Fruit Soya yoghurt alternative
- 20cl of organic Sojade Natural Soya Drink
- 85g of durum wheat semolina
- 75g of caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons of grated coconut
- Coconut shaving to decorate (optional)
Preparation steps
Pour the Sojade NAS Banana & Passion Fruit Soya yoghurt alternative and Natural Soya drink into a saucepan and heat over a medium heat.
When the mixture is hot, add the sugar and durum wheat semolina. Whisk for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Add the grated coconut.
Pour the mixture into a 20 cm-diameter silicone cake mould.
Preheat the oven to 190°C and bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool before removing the cake from the mould.
Your banana and passion fruit semolina cake is ready, enjoy!
